Our Fees

We do our utmost to ensure that you understand the cost of your treatment and are happy with the outcome. If you have any question regarding a treatment plan please do always ask.

We recommend patients to consider joining our Membership Plan to receive the benefits included.

Appointment Booking Policy

Upfront payments are taken at the time of booking all appointments.

Appointment Reminders

For your convenience, we send an email 72 hours prior to your appointment, and you get a phone call reminder 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. Please let us know at this time if you cannot make your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

We kindly ask that you give us at least two working days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can contact us by phone, voicemail or email. This frees up time for us to offer your appointment time to someone who urgently needs our help.

• Dentist appointments: If less than two working days’ notice is given, a charge will apply for the dentist’s time, based on the length of the appointment.
• Hygienist appointments: Missed or short-notice cancellations will be charged in full.

Due to the increasing number of patients not attending appointments without notice, we are now taking deposits for all bookings. We understand this does not apply to everyone, but this policy helps us keep appointments available for all of our patients.
